2011 Toughman 

Rules

  • There will be 4 events.
  • Each event will be timed.
  • The person with the lowest total time is the the Toughman Champion.
  • All landmarks must be reached

Events

  1. Reverse Sliders
  2. 100 Yard Prowler Shuttle
  3. Sandbags of Death
  4. Sled Race

Set-Up

  • Each event will have its own designated area.
  • Every athlete will start at one area. 
  • After completing the event in their area, the athlete will move to the end of the line of the next event.

Event Order

The list below shows the order in which each athlete will compete for each event. 
  • Only one event will be completed at a time.
  • As soon as one event is completed, the athlete at the next event will have 30 seconds to start.
