THE RULES
- There will be a "No Fly Zone" at the end point of the drill
- You cannot begin your drill until your teammate leaves the "No Fly Zone" ... (no tag is necessary)
- Sliders --> you must go full body through the line
- Prowler / Farmer's Walk --> you must be touching the toy as it crosses the line (you can't throw it)
- Sled --> it must get it to your feet
- You must run around the cone to get to the next station
- The team can pick whatever order they want to their guys to go and there is no limit how many times they use that order
- The seed with the lower ranking (higher number) will go first in each event
- A 2-second penalty will be added for every infraction of the rules
- NEW for 2021: In the Championship Round, each team will pick the order they want for the OTHER team
If We Lose A Team
- If LIFE gets in the way and we lose a team (because they don't have enough guys) ... we will redistribute the remaining guys from that team and go with a 7-team bracket or 6-team bracket
