The "Soft List" is dedicated to the athletes who are too soft to actually show up to their designated training times.
Their softness does not have relate to only physical softness. It could also be mental, emotional, or social.

1. The list has been in place since 14-Jan-2013.
2. Athletes were informed they will be placed on this list and the list would be published. They were given the option to quit, so they would be taken off the list.
3. 1pt is given for missed workouts.
4. 1/2 pt is given for being late.
5. 1/4 pt is given for losing your workout sheet.
6. If advanced notice is given, no points are allocated.
7. If there is a legitimate emergency, no points are allocated.
