The "Soft List" is dedicated to the athletes who are too soft to actually show up to their designated training times.
Their softness does not have relate to only physical softness. It could also be mental, emotional, or social.

1. Athletes were informed they will be placed on this list and the list would be published. They were given the option to quit, so they would be taken off the list.
2. 1pt is given for missed workouts.
3. 1/2 pt is given for being late. (Being late means you are not in the gym at least 5 minutes before the lift time.)
4. 1/4 pt is given for losing your workout sheet.
5. If advanced notice is given, no points are allocated. Advanced notice must be at least 1/2 hour before the lift time.
6. If there is a legitimate emergency, no points are allocated.
7. Examples of "softness"
1/2 of a Soft Point can be removed by executing 150 reps of barbell back squats in under 6 minutes. The weight on the barbell should equal the body weight of the person trying to remedy their softness.
